Ms. M is the company's founder.
She is a Nursing Leader who is passionate, dedicated, and an expert in the Long Term Care Industry. The staffing challenges brought by the Pandemic inspired Ms. M to think of innovative ways to assist the Nursing Home Owners and Leaders in optimizing support that can be provided to the nursing staff who are burning out and owners or operators who are heavily burdened financially caused by staffing shortages.
DMCRS thrive on sharing our team's experience and knowledge to help you strategize, achieve and maintain success of your business. Our track record proves that clear communication and expert collaboration will promote quality care.
Ms.M is Dynamic Manpower's Outsourcing Service Line for different remote support positions. We have different kinds of healthcare assistants-- from Clerical, HR, Scheduler, to Remote Healthcare Assistants. Our RHAs are trained nurses who are already familiar with the U.S. workflow process in nursing homes. Some RHAs have specialized training including but not limited to MDS entry, Care Plan entry, Care Plan Coordination even Discharge Planning. They are well-versed in different types of Nursing assessments that help expedite admission as well as any change in condition process.
- The RHAs are trained nurses with knowledge of the medical and nursing language, how to care for patients, and conduct different types of assessments. A cost-effective approach to supporting your healthcare staff saving time for your care team which decreases your labor cost as operators while giving way for better bedside care by your own nursing staff.

What is an RHA?
-A remote healthcare assistant who can assist the nurses in their daily activities.
How can an RHA assist me?
- RHAS can help with documenting and charting during live assessments. Lessening the time of the nurses on the computer and increasing efficiency for patient care.
-The RHA documents during live admissions, changes in condition, skin checks, floor rounds, and other tasks.
Advantage of having an RHA
• Nurses have more time for bedside care and increase the
efficiency of patient care.
• Assisting nurses to prevent burnout.
• Saves time for your care staff to focus on more important activities rather than repetitive ones.
• Cost-effective approach to staffing solution, lower rates with high value work significantly reducing overtime costs.
• Resident-centered and efficient nursing assessment process which leads to reduced labor costs, i.e. Nurses spend 2-4 hours on an admission but with the RHA-- that nursing time spent on admission is reduced to 30 minutes
• We have RHAS who are trained with MDS entry for those facilities who have openings for MDS nurses.
