-assists nursing personnel in LTC with their workflow process to include but not limited to assisting LPNs/RNs with their discharge summary review for pending admits, transcription of admission, change in condition, initial care plan entry and revision, management as well as transcription of user defined assessments (UDAs) assigned to nurses, incident reports and ensuring Point of Care (POC) tasks are set up every admission that enters the facility, as well as other tasks as deemed appropriate by the facility and Dynamic Manpower team.
