-is our dynamic team for projects that are more of office support in nature and non- nursing.  Team members will assist facilities or staffing agency companies with creating a master schedule as well as assist the scheduler, Director of Nursing or agency owner in calling staff to fill in open shifts and/or management of day-to-day schedule.  Our RSA team just know how to develop rapport and maintain an excellent working relationship with your staff to ensure your needs to deliver care to the residents served are secured ahead of time.  The proactive approach for scheduling and the perseverance to do so is what we pride ourselves on delivering and maintaining quality performance to our service partners.
